We're Still Alive- Progress

We didn’t disappear into homeownership for good. There has just been little time to post. We wished that we had done before and after pictures of the house, but we didn’t get many Befores.

Here is some of what we’ve done:

Stacked a cord of wood
Learned how to keep a fire going for 7 days
Installed peg board and organized tools
Changed two light fixtures
Moved in a new bed
Set up and broke down a dining room
Tore up living room carpet (and all the damn staples)
Tore up dining room hardwood floor (and all the damn staples)
Made countless trips to Home Depot and Lowes
Installed new hardwood in both the living room and dining room (with the help of Darby and Jes on day 1, and the use of a compressor, nail gun, and floor nailer from Rusty).
