The inspection went well, but was long. We learned a lot about the house and there are a few minor things we will ask the sellers to do, but nothing major.
The sellers showed up during the inspection to get some things and they offered to leave all the yard and garden tools in the garage, which is awesome.
We just need to hear about the radon levels, and there may be a cedar tree that has to come down.
There are two holly bushes on the property (one male and one female) and we learned that there has to be one of each for the female to produce berries.
We also learned which walls could be knocked down and which couldn't, which helps us plan future renovations.

This sounds great. And let me tell you something right now...there are few things that feel as good as moving walls around.
Radon levels safe- average reading of 2.4 pCi/l.
