iPod Video Killed the Satellite Radio *

A few short months into the iPod experience and Sirius use died off in my car and in my home.

Monday morning the Orbiter paused and came up with a message to call Sirius to reactivate (I had a lot of warning).

Howard was good, but if I really want to listen to him, I can find him elsewhere.

The music was good, but that too, I can find elsewhere. (and here)

Plus I couldn’t watch The Sopranos, take it with me, move it easily to someone else’s car for a road trip, or have any real say as to what was on.

Goodbye Sirius. It was nice while it lasted.

Sad. I'm still happy with Sirius, but can see getting a little tired of the limited choices for the music stations.

My actual radio is terrible and very buggy. Boo!

I loved the radio that I had. And I miss 17 Jam On. I just like having every song I own at all times. Playlists, shuffle, audiobooks- just a click wheel away.
